Charles Madonio (), owner of all three agencies, has been in the insurance industry since 1968. He joined the Brimfield Agency in 1972, and purchased the business in 1991. Chas has been honored with both the Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) of Ohio Agent of the Year and Insurance Women of Akron’s Professional of the Year Award.
Chas is active in many volunteer community efforts and was founder of the Think About Tomorrow program, the Portage County Insurance Association (PCIA) Scholarship Foundation as well as many fundraising projects that benefit Portage County charities. He is a past president of the PCIA, was on the Board of Directors of the Kent State Blue & Gold Club and served a three-year term on Grange Insurance’s Agent Advisory Board. |

Patrick Madonio () began working in the agency in 1996 after working for eight years as a manager with Rockne’s Pub. He is a graduate of Kent State University. He is a past president of the PCIA and past vice president of administration for the Kent Jaycees. |
